 lizzard has recently filed a trademark (and acquired a couple of domains) for The Burning Crusade. The exact words Burning Crusade come from the WoW Community Site discussing the Burning Legion''s rampage through the universe. It is likely with the timing and acquisition of the names and trademark that Blizzard is planning a WoW expansion announcement soon, and that it will be called The Burning Crusade.
