 ue to popular demand, Blizzard has opened up a Fansite Section of their own.
Here's the official statement:
In response to the many requests that have come in over the years, we've now launched a fan art section on our Web site. We already have some really great pieces of art from our fans up in the new section. You too can submit your own art to Blizzard for the chance to have it featured on our site! Check out the new section here to see the current display and to learn more about how to submit your art.
