I just finished getting screenshots of most of the Naxxramas items. I might have missed a couple and I'll be happy to add them if you know the .m2 filename. So here they are, enjoy. Weapons only, no armor (sorry). Note, there were a few models for Ashbringer but I'm pretty sure there's going to be only one model and my guess is that its the one on the bottom with the skull.
Update (added Creature Models... Note, since I haven't been to Naxxramas yet I can't confirm that these creatures are in, however,most of these models are not in the current build.
